  • We want you to be happy with your piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized pieces (including bespoke sizing or engraving) are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@luft.studio with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Please do not send back items without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in quality control, but if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will either repair, replace, or refund the item, depending on the situation.
