At Chetaxu, we aim to ship your order with care, speed, and reliability — whether you're based in the UK or overseas.

We currently only ship to UK and all UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or the fastest available tracked service.

• Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Customizable and made-to-order items (such as our Coat of Arms necklaces) may require 2–5 business days to complete before dispatch.
• You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Additional Notes

• We do not currently offer in-person pickup.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
