Shipping policy

At Chetaxu, each order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service appropriate to the value of the shipment. Higher-value orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and may require a signature on delivery.

Dispatch Times

• Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order and personalised pieces, such as our Monogram Shield necklaces, may require 2–5 business days to complete before dispatch.
• You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that dispatch times refer to the time required to prepare your order before it is handed over to Royal Mail. Delivery times are separate and may vary.

Additional Information

• We do not currently offer in-person collection.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at chet@chetaxu.com.
• If your order is delayed, lost, or appears to have encountered an issue in transit, please contact us at chet@chetaxu.com and we will help investigate the issue with Royal Mail.
