Named after the angel in Wings of Desire and inspired by Franz Kafka’s words — “You are free, and that is why you are lost” — the Damiel ear cuff is a quiet act of rebellion.
Handcrafted in the ancient tradition of filigree, this sculptural piece curves elegantly along the ear. One wing, one weapon: its form evokes softness and strength in equal measure — a delicate armor made of thorns and hearts.
A statement for those who wear their edge with grace.

How to Wear
Wear it two ways, depending on your piercings:
- Lobe to upper ear – Insert the post into your lobe and press the cuff gently along the upper ear.
- Upper cartilage to lobe – For upper ear piercings, insert the post at the top and curve it downward.
Each side is mirrored — a left ear cuff also fits the right upper cartilage, and vice versa.
About Filigree
Filigree is one of the world’s oldest metal arts, dating back over 5,000 years to Upper Mesopotamia. Crafted by twisting fine silver wire into lace-like patterns and soldering them by hand, each Damiel is a modern tribute to this timeless craft.

Jewelry Care Guide
To keep your jewelry as beautiful as the day you received it, we recommend a few simple practices:
Keep it dry
Moisture is silver’s quiet enemy. Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising, and avoid leaving it in humid places like bathrooms for long periods.
Avoid chemicals
Perfume, lotion, hairspray, and cleaning agents can damage the finish or dull the shine. Apply them first and wear your jewelry last.
Store it properly
When not in use, store your piece in its original box or a closed container to prevent tarnishing and scratching.
✨ Polish with care
- For unplated sterling silver: Use a silver polishing cloth to gently restore its shine.
- For gold vermeil or plated jewelry: Avoid polishing cloths or anything abrasive, as they may wear the surface. A soft, dry cloth is best.
